This week in the life…

Greetings Earthlings. And the rest of you too.

As you all have figured out, I’m a geek. I’ve been devoting a lot of time to getting my 3D printer, well, one of them, fixed up. I mean, tricking it out to the max. And in the process, far fewer images have gotten edited. Sorry about that. A few days ago I decided to get off my butt (in my shop) and get on my butt in front of my computer. I edited about half of what you see here in the last few days. And enjoyed every second. Three of them are now subjects of training videos to be released over the next couple weeks. Whew! I’ve been so busy I haven’t even napped.

So, revisited my beach trip with Elley and have some new ones from that trip. We are planning another in the next few months. And finished some new ones with Nikole and Gary. Those are a bit warmer to the touch than what I typically shoot, but pushing limits is always good as long as staying classy is still happening. I think we nailed it. And more to come of course.

We puchased our plane fares to Ireland in September so it’s really going to happen. That will be my second year of spending a month in the British Isles! That’s what retirement is supposed to be able, right? I don’t have enough life left to do everything I want, but the remaining list will be short when I’m in my rocker. Now to plan everything else that goes with that trip. Like lodging and train passes.

And yesterday I pushed my favorite button. Add to Cart. And on Friday I have a new light modifier system coming that is for location shooting. It was pretty pricey but hey, life is to short to do things half assed. I like to go full ass or not at all. Hopefully the new modifier will give me some nice light for future beach work. Or anywhere else. I hope to try it out on Saturday. We shall see.

So, enjoy the new art for this week and enjoy the amazing weather…assuming you are in Arizona. Ahhh hell, enjoy your weather where ever you may be. And thank you for subscribing to this little news letter. I love sharing my art.
