This week in the life…
Greetings all!
I woke up this morning and there is still a pandemic. I was hoping it was just a bad dream.
I do have three shoots scheduled for the next month up here at Bonita. So, it’s about time to get creative again with the actual camera instead of just editing.
Then again, the new images of Sarah (right) have come from a shoot from a few years back and there are a bunch more to edit. Sometimes, having shoots stacked up, often every day, a few edits happen to today’s shoot before tomorrows is on deck. That’s where these little diamonds come from. Wonderful shots that just didn’t get edited. It’s not that I’m lazy. Well, I am lazy, but this isn’t the cause this time.
And this week’s gallery is full of mostly Elley Cat. We just had so much fun with a simple red silk sheet. And some new ones of Sarah Grimwood.
Linda and I spent even more time last week in the yard cleaning it up because the temps came down so we could be out working in it longer. BUT, I can safely say those long mornings of chainsaws and cutting and trimming and chipping are behind us. The chipper, on the last handful of clippings, ran out of gas and the fan belt broke. I took that as an omen.
Now we are almost finished adding new steps to the end of our deck and then we are done for a while. We hired a painter so in another month Bonita will have a new coat.
I have a new 3D printer coming tomorrow so I’ll be back to printing some things for around here. Mostly camera mounts for the many Wyze cameras we have all around here and Chandler. Good excuse anyhow…toys are important for sanity.
