This week I’ve been busy with radio projects and I haven’t had time to edit much. Projects are done, so next issue will have a good number of new images. There are a few in this one, however, I’m going to scroll through the archives and pick out some of what I think are the coolest. There are certainly more than 30, but I think you’ll enjoy them.

Of course there will be plenty more of the Griffin/Elley duo. On Saturday I’ll have Rachel back in the studio! Finally! I love that young lady. Monday I’ll be shooting with Griffin again and next month, when we visit California, I already have a shoot set up with Nikole, so, some clicking and editing is going on.

I’ve added two new tools to my lighting and effects collection. A couple of issues ago you’ll see some images with smoke. A hand held smoke machine is very nice indeed. The smoke is more defined and I can put it where I want it and it stays for at least a few seconds.

The other device I acquired is a large and very bright flashlight. It is different in that it has three colors as well as white so it’s like having a gel on it. It can focus a circle, like a spotlight, very well. And it has a good number of shapes you can attach to have stars, window frames, etc. showing up on the backdrop. And one can hold it or have an assistant hold it, or it can mount on a light stand. It’ll be a nice option and fun to create with.
