Greetings,
I just edited a half dozen new works of art, and now I’m having some chocolate chip cookies and milk and typing the 333rd Museletter. It’s been cool and almost cold outside for the last few days. A big change from having to run the air conditioner for 6 hours each day. And the cool breezes are wonderful.
So, about 333 weeks ago, I found myself at a little AirB&B in Huntington Beach. I’d just driven around in my car, waiting for the street sweeper to come by. I remember being a bit pissed at the con job of a city ordinance being on the books, and people were okay with it. If your car is on the street every other Thursday, you get a fine because they need to sweep the streets? Sounds like a real money maker. Note: after that I just ignore it and pay the parking fine. Let them have dirty streets! I’m such a rebel.
Back to the AirB&B. I had the day to myself, and I’d been thinking about doing a newsletter format of something people could subscribe to. I was a webmater when I retired, and have a nice site for my work. But I know, as a marketer, that people don’t just think, “Hey, lets see what new art Dave has created.” and then visit the site. We have to be prompted. It was a Wednesday.
I thought it might be nice to brighten up the middle of the week for people, so I kept it on Wednesdays.
Most of this week’s art is new. Enjoy!
Enjoy! I know I do.
It seems that summer went from 0 to 115 in 6 seconds. Stay cool and hydrated.
