Greetings, fellow blue-green ball inhabitants!

It has been a long week for me. Traveling between homes and shooting a LOT more often than I have been recently. It appears I can still keep up with the youngsters.

I hosted a friend to shoot and learn a few tips. That allowed me to do an hour with two models I work with fairly often. And as a treat, they came together for an hour for a dual shoot. There are a couple of those images in today’s gallery.

Speaking of the gallery, this issue includes all the new art built over the last few weeks. Talk about variations. They are all over the map, but it is about the beauty of each one, so there you go. I’d call this issue a breakfast. Breakfasts are popular because there is sweet, sour, soft, crunchy, salty, and about every texture available. It's a nice eye-opener.

And I finally got some time in the studio with Elley to do some creation. She’s been swamped and traveling so much that we haven’t had much time together to play. So, there is some new art here, and on Saturday, she’s coming to Bonita with Dan, and we’ll do some new art with natural light. And, we will likely go out looking for rocks. This planet is covered in them, so that should be easy.

Last weekend I went to Fanfest in Phoenix with Dan and Elley. I was an invited photographer for an event that Elley participated in. It was a reasonably fun day. Thirteen hours on my feet…whew! I seem to have caused some ‘excitement’ that I won’t go into. It turns out you can’t teach some people about not burning bridges. Some will toss more fuel on it and then complain about the fire.

I will not attend any more Fanfests. However, I did meet some outstanding photographers I hadn’t seen in ages, which made the day worthwhile.

I’d like to share a link to an excellent documentary about the life and modeling of Kristy Jessica. I enjoyed it immensely, and I think any of you would. It is a solid peak at what life is like from the model’s perspective. It should be required viewing by photographers and models alike.
