Greetings,

Today it was a nice cool day. Might be one of the last as it is supposed to get into the 90’s next week. It’s about time we head into the heat. I’m probably looking forward to it more than most because we will be heading to Bonita Creek for the summer. But, I’m sure we will see some of the models this summer to shoot in and around the cabin and creek. So you can visit too.

Not much going on in the studio until the 9th. So, very quiet actually. I can use the down time to catch up on my editing.

A few years ago I worked it out with a great guy at Model Society to supply their site with some training material. David wanted to expend and make his site more all encompassing with more options other than just showcasing models and photographers. Well, it was launched a bit ago and I was so impressed by the intro that I wanted to sign up. (grin)

Check it out and let me know what you think. It is an awesome deal on the training for sure.

The link is Model Society!

It makes me feel great knowing people are learning from what I’ve learned over the last decade. I do love to teach.

Speaking of teaching, and at the risk of sounding all commercial this week, I created the first group training option I’ve given in a while. Elley will be the model and for FIVE hours we will be shooting at the home in Mesa in natural light with up to 10 photographers. The class is already half full. And the price is $375, but, if you sign up before April 5th it’s only $300, so grab the early bird special price.

How the instruction works is that I spend a few minutes explaining why I picked the spot we did, for lighting, and what angles we can get. Then, about every 20-30 minutes we switch to the next spot and get some instruction and shooting there. After five hours everyone will have a ton of images in their cameras to add to their portfolio. Elley is super professional and knows how to pose for various light. We’ll have her open for direction if any students have ideas. It’s always a fun and productive time. She’ll be in lingerie and nude throughout the day.

This week’s gallery is of some images of the house location with Elley and Ariana.

Considering she would be $100 per hour, and hourly rent on the home, the cost is a real bargain. Sign up here.

We are headed to Bonita this morning for an overnight trip to check things out and do a chore or two.

Until next week. Stay warm, dry, happy, and healthy. Please!

Dave
