Greetings,

Whew! I just got home yesterday from four days on the Dunes in California. We were shooting on Saturday and Sunday with the beautiful Elley Cat with the help of her husband Dan, and they were side by side. We drive a ways into the dunes so we can shoot in any direction and get different backgrounds. Very handy.

The weather was perfect. Not windy and not hot enough to make the sand burning hot. It was cool at night, so sitting around the fire was fun. And we got to test out my new trailer with guests. It worked well.

I expect you’ll see a lot of the results from that trip in coming Museletters and so-so media posts.

I’ve decided to upgrade my editing computer to an Apple Studio with its M2 chip and 64 gigs of RAM. Things seem to be getting slower on the laptop I’ve used for years. I love editing, and when the computer hesitates or locks up (rare), it is frustrating and takes the wind out of my creative sales.

There are many new edits in this week’s gallery. Four of the older images have been picked by the French calendar company for 2024 issues. It’s nice to be a regular place where they come for calendar art. Of course, ladies who get picked will get enough cash to have a lovely meal. Or fill their gas tank to half full.

For those who subscribe to my artistic photography online training, some new things are in the works to enhance your experience. I want to send a special newsletter just for you and the possibility of a monthly live Zoom session where we share ideas and bring up any questions for the group to discuss. We can get some ‘community’ going and inspire one another. Let me know what you think about that.

Oh, and add even more content to an already-packed training site.

Happy holidays!
