This week in the life…

Last Museletter for 2020; a year that is certain to be considered the 13th floor of the century.

Between playing with my new MacBook 13” M1 and my other two computers actually crashing, I’ve been busy doing some things I’d rather not do. So, fewer fresh edits this week, but what I did create made me happy. Some new ones of Lisa. I sure miss creating with her, but we are friends and chat from time to time.

I’m breaking my self imposed isolation tomorrow with a quick shoot in the studio. Masks, sanitizer, distancing, and hand washing will be the rule of the day. It will be nice to get creative with the camera. If it goes well I might sneak additional shoots in every week or two. It’s not like there’s a crowd here when we shoot. Actually, I had to spend a while moving all of the things that have collected in the studio since the space wasn’t being used.

I’ve set up a second workstation with a screen/tablet and it will be specifically for creating more training sessions. The screen is the right size for the videos. Although there is almost 100 videos out there now, but there’s always something new to cover.

Today I received my first Wyze version 3 cameras that are water proof and super clear, even at night. I was impressed by their first version but wow, these are great. Linda sure loves looking at the cameras and now there will be 5 more on top of the dozen or so we already have. We’ll be running up to Bonita within the next week to set up three of these to look at the wildlife and weather from Chandler. Of course, when we are up there we have a ton of these cameras to watch down here. You don’t have to be paranoid to have a bunch of cameras to keep an eye on things.

So, back at it on the editing and hopefully I’ll have more new edits with more time, and for sure some from tomorrow’s shoot. It’s going to be an artistic nude shoot with a lady I have only shot once before and it was a very quick and limited shoot. Should be fun!

Just a reminder. I’m all set to print anything y’all might want. 11x17 or 17x22 on very high quality paper. $55 each print shipped.

Happy New Year to you all. Remember, don’t touch anything or make any loud noises in the new year. We don’t want to spook it!

So, enjoy the gallery and happy holidays to you and your family and friends.

You all stay safe and enjoy the art.

Dave
